HOUSING SERVICES

CSSE offers housing assistance for low-income, homeless, HIV infected people. To qualify for Short-Term Housing services a client must be HIV positive, homeless and low income. Priority is given to families wherein two or more family members are HIV positive. Similarly, priority is given to clients who are HIV symptomatic or AIDS diagnosed.

In order to access CSSE Short-term Housing Services, a client must be willing to work with a case manager and have the following documents for the initial intake interview:

  • Identification Card
  • Social Security Card
  • Proof of HIV Status (Letter of Diagnosis)
  • Recent TB Test (PPD skin test and chest x-ray)
  • Proof of Income or lack thereof
